How it works
One of the simplest ways to put life in perspective is to count it in smaller units. You probably know your age in years — but in weeks or hours, time takes on a different texture.
This calculator takes your date of birth and the live clock (refreshed every second) to compute:
- Years, weeks, days, hours and minutes lived
- % progress toward your chosen life expectancy
- Estimated remaining time and the date you would hit the target age
The default is 100 — a symbolic longevity milestone. You can set any target from 1 to 130.
Practical examples
Born in 1990, today in 2026
~36 years → ~1,879 weeks → ~13,157 days → ~315,768 hours.
Progress to 100
36 out of 100 = 36%. Left: ~64 years, ~3,340 weeks, ~23,376 days.
A week of life
10,080 minutes. A day is 1,440 minutes, an hour is 60.

Average of 365.25 days per year absorbs leap years without tracking them day-by-day.
Why 100 years?
